In order to use natural casing as a foodstuff, a particularly high degree of care is required.

In light of this, we are committed to the strict quality management provisions in accordance with HACCP.

Nevertheless, the natural casing is not only up against today’s high requirements concerning processing. Its appearance and the famous crisp bite also play a key role for end consumers.

We see it as our duty to meet these requirements as closely as possible. As an EU-approved business, fulfilling the highest standards of hygiene is a matter of course for us.

Our products are marked with the licence number BY-EV-117C. Since the 5.2.2016 our company is certificated with the quality standard IFS Food Version 6. All the audit criteria have been fulfilled at a “higher level“ .
